These are for sure a non-negotiable in our club! Members were swift to use these over the standard cable grip primarily due to how much easier it is to do a variety of cable exercises with a more stable grip. We have been given so much feedback from our members for these attachments, particularly in terms of muscle activation - they are finding it substantially easier to target rear delts and the pec minor due to the hand positioning being more ergonomically natural.
