Warranty Overview
Staunch Mode strives for 100% customer satisfaction and believes in a fair and honest warranty policy for all products.
All Staunch Mode products are backed by a 1 year manufacturing warranty that covers the structural integrity of the product, including its materials and construction.
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, Staunch Mode will assess the claim and may repair, replace, or refund the item where appropriate.
Warranty Timeframe
Simple coverage across the full Staunch Mode range.
Every Staunch Mode product is covered by a 1 year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers verified manufacturing faults affecting the product’s materials, structure, or construction under normal intended use.
What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not apply where the issue is caused by wear, misuse, neglect, or conditions outside normal product use.
NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR FROM REGULAR PRODUCT USE.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENT USE, MISUSE, OR IMPROPER HANDLING.
CLAIMS MADE OUTSIDE THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.
DAMAGE FROM OUTDOOR ELEMENTS, MOISTURE, OR UNSUITABLE STORAGE.
CLAIMS SUBMITTED WITHOUT VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE.
FAILURE TO PROPERLY SERVICE, CLEAN, OR MAINTAIN THE PRODUCT.
CLAIMS MADE BY ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
