Returns / Exchange Policy

Staunch Mode will endeavour to make any returns or exchanges as easy as possible.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the original item/s in their original packaging for a refund. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

All eligible returned item/s will be refunded back to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees where applicable.

Important: Customers are responsible for any fees associated with returning their product/s for change-of-mind returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe and secure delivery. Staunch Mode is not liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
